We are are carrying out Site inspections and Fire Risk Assessments for our customers and as well as delivering training.
We have also provided sample COVID19 documentation within our client area for all of our retainer based clients.
We are strictly cohering to the advice of Public Health England and the health and safety executive (HSE), which means our classroom training is limited to only 8 delegates to ensure social distancing.

citb ssp certificate CHANGES
CITB SSPs certificates are changing, hard copy certificates are no more!
From 7th December all CITB SSP certificates will be sent to training centres as digital PDFs. They will no longer issue hard copy certificates.
CITB state that the new process will ensure that training centres will receive course certificates as quickly as possible, following submission of results. It also means that delegates will now have access to evidence of their achievement much sooner and this will also help to reduce additional fees for any lost certificates.
CITB believe that this along with other improvements to their internal administration process should enable training centres to receive certificates withing 5 work days of a result submission all centres provided that all previous payment terms have been met.
This means that it is really important that we have your correct email address when booking your courses with us so that we can ensure you receive your pdf certificate by email.
