Angela is a Chartered Member of Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH), Practitioner Member of Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment and Incorporated Member of Chartered Institute of Building. With a degree in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health and Associate Certificate in Environmental Management, she has gained 32 years of construction experience moving through the ranks in the Civil Engineering & Building industry from a Setting out Engineer through to Site Management. She has spent the last 20 years as a Health & Safety consultant & more recently Environmental consultant working for public. architects. design engineers & private Clients including Principal Contractors. She is also an NVQ assessor & Internal Verifier for the CSkills, OSAT / CSCS Card scheme.
Angela is also a qualified and experienced Face Fit tester for Qualitative Face Fit Testing, which can be carried out on-site or at our offices. Angela is co-chair of Working Well Together North East, on the Main Board of Directors for Constructing Excellence in the North East. She is also an active member of the North East One Voice group working on the 'people' sector of One Voice. She is currently Vice Chair of the Northern Counties Builders Federation, is a schools liaison for National Association of Women in Construction North East & committee member for the Lighthouse Club Construction Charity. |
