Ben our resident welcoming committee who so many of our customers love to see when they visit the offices, is coming up to retirement age.
So, in our succession management planning, we have Barney here “in training“ to assume the duties in a few years’ time. Some of you have already met young Barney and know it will be a couple of years before he is ready to take over permanently, but we thought we would let everyone know he has arrived and started his training. |
