Louise joined us in January 2020 as our Client Liaison/Training Advisor, She worked for many years in the legal sector, and for the last 12 years as the Training & Development Manager of a large North East Law firm.
With her commercial background and understanding of training and development, Louise advises our clients on CITB funding applications, training needs analysis, training matrices, and assists with business improvement funding applications. Louise likes walking in the Lake District with her family and friends, and anything to do with gin, if she can combine them both together even better! |
